They explain things in a way that is not overwhelming, that makes sense to a non-tech person like me and that always feels like I can trust their advice. Their prices are incredibly fair and I know that they are taking the time to make sure that my computer needs are taken care of. And most of all, not only are they very knowledgeable but also warm and personable. Wherever you live, this is worth the drive/metro/bus ride to go here!!

I can't recommend this repair shop any higher than five stars. I was visiting town and my computer finally suffered the effects of a several month old coffee spill. I got to his shop before 9 o'clock; but he cheerfully opened the door for me. My Toshiba laptop was cleaned and fixed by 11 o'clock and he called to explain and tell me all the charges beforehand.

They were efficient, professional, and thorough. Picked up my laptop and returned within 24 hours with an accurate diagnostic solution. Didn't shaft me with excessive costs. Very pleased!!!*****

I highly recommend these guys. I am so impressed. I had cracked my MacBook Pro Retina screen LCD unit and had earlier tried to get it repaired unsuccessfully with another shop. I found Techy on Yelp and gave them a call. They quoted me a price nearly $80 cheaper than the cheapest competitors, and referred me to their website app. It took only a couple of minutes to register, schedule a repair and a pick-up a few hours later. I immediately received an email and phone text repair and pickup confirmation. One of the co-owners and founders, Yaffet, personally came to pick it up as scheduled, and texted me on the way. .... It was fast, inexpensive, has very responsive personally service, and uses efficient and easy-to-use web and mobile phone technology. I highly recommend these guys and will definitely use them again if I need other repairs/service.

I have been using Bruce Maliken for many years to deal with recurrent computer problems. He gets to me quickly, is always there when he says he will, and works efficiently. On those rare occasions when he's failed to fix it the first time around, he'll return to complete the fix without additional charges.
