  I have been using Bruce Maliken for many years to deal with recurrent computer problems. He gets to me quickly, is always there when he says he will, and works efficiently. On those rare occasions when he's failed to fix it the first time around, he'll return to complete the fix without additional charges.

  Bruce Maliken is one of the most intelligent and accomplished computer technicians I have encountered. He has served me well for a number of years, and people to whom I have recommended have been universally pleased with his work.

  Bruce saved my laptop from oblivion caused by an involuntary download of Windows 10 (I did not initiate the download). He was available when I needed him and very helpful over the phone, but needed to come to my office to run a diagnostic program that fixed the problem. He's the best.

  This company and Bruce have been my office network engineers for several years. They are available promptly when needed, and have never run into a major problem they could not solve. Thanks to up and running, my server and workstations function very reliably, and so I do not have to worry about them and can concentrate on work.
