Run by a passionate cadre of young politically minded folks, NGP guided me, and taught me the ropes of being a DBA even though I had no training, and patiently helped me with every tweak I needed, every server crash I initiated, every PC problem, and even when I broke our Database doing something stupid. NGP always answers the phone, and always helps you with your questions and challenges.
I've never been a client to a more responsive and helpful company.
Their products are very intuitive and very flexible. They do everything a fund-raiser, or field staffer needs.
