  I highly recommend these guys. I am so impressed. I had cracked my MacBook Pro Retina screen LCD unit and had earlier tried to get it repaired unsuccessfully with another shop. I found Techy on Yelp and gave them a call. They quoted me a price nearly $80 cheaper than the cheapest competitors, and referred me to their website app. It took only a couple of minutes to register, schedule a repair and a pick-up a few hours later. I immediately received an email and phone text repair and pickup confirmation. One of the co-owners and founders, Yaffet, personally came to pick it up as scheduled, and texted me on the way. .... It was fast, inexpensive, has very responsive personally service, and uses efficient and easy-to-use web and mobile phone technology. I highly recommend these guys and will definitely use them again if I need other repairs/service.

  I had an extremely pleasant experience with Techy. I bought a replacement screen from Amazon for my macbook pro 15 inch retina mid 2014 that I had damaged while travelling, causing the screen to have double vision. ... I messaged many and got a quick reply from Yaffet. Her extreme responsiveness had me visit their website, and when I realized that they would come to me to pick up and drop off my laptop and the cost of installation was cheapest of all the ones that quoted me, that was it and I trusted them to take my laptop away to have it repaired.

  Techy is one of a kind! I needed a new screen after my cat pushed my laptop off the counter. I simply created an account on their website and requested a repair and they literally handled the rest. They sent out a courier to come to my home to pick up the laptop. When the repair was complete they informed me throught a text notification that linked me to a price breakdown as well as allowed me to schedule a dropoff time and location. The courier then arrived to my location laptop in hand and as good as new! I can't wait to use them again, thanks Techy!

  I had a very positive experience with Techy over the weekend. My laptop crashed and they got a new hard drive and all my drivers updated very quickly. They saved my finals week as I am a PHD student at The George Washington University. I highly recommend their services!

  I agree with Angela. I cannot say enough great things about Techy. They were SO easy to deal with. They understood how I did not want to be apart from my laptop for longer than I had to. Met me at my home on a SUNDAY! And dropped it off by my office. If I could give more than five stars I would!
