Recommended Home Inspectors in Houston, TX

This was a great experience all around. It was a 2 person inspection team and they were extremely thorough. I feel they went thru the home with a fine tooth comb and even noted things they didn't necessarily have to such as a loose screw on the fence door. Both inspectors seemed very knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions (I had a LOT). They also provided a DIY for common home fixes which I feel is a great idea. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a home inspection.

Chris has been incredible since we first met for our first out of 3 inspections. He's been very helpful and patient with the whole process and has been able to catch issues with our new build, even though the builders have their own inspectors. Even as questions come up between the inspections, Chris is quick to answer any of my concerns. I feel very confident that my new build will be perfect because Chris is making sure all mistakes get corrected before closing. Worth every penny!

I am indeed very lucky that my friend recommended to Alan. He is an extremely professional and has an eye of an eagle when it comes to inspection. He looks at uneven paints, texture, scratches and dents on certain areas which happened due to constructions. You name it and he has it covered, he is very sound at what he does. Just recently used Noles Inspections, and not only were they quick to get an appointment scheduled, but the Darin's inspection report was unbelievably thorough. My experienced mortgage broker was also very impressed with the detailed report. He was quite helpful with all of his explanations on everything that he found. I will definitely use them for future needs.
