Kerry was very responsive to my needs and talked to me over the phone first to get an idea of how much work / help I required. We set up a time to meet the next day, and he reviewed and resolved my issues. He also provided some recommendations and guidance going forward as well as a plan to research another issue I was having for which he was not familiar. I appreciate his true customer service and attention to detail and will be referring him when I get the opportunity.

Tomotechi came into our office and did a large data transfer and clean up of our technology closet. We were so pleased with both of the techs! They were very respectful of our work time, did the job quietly and quickly, and the communication between Tomotechi and our office was timely and thorough.
