  I am indeed very lucky that my friend recommended to Alan. He is an extremely professional and has an eye of an eagle when it comes to inspection. He looks at uneven paints, texture, scratches and dents on certain areas which happened due to constructions. You name it and he has it covered, he is very sound at what he does. I highly recommend Alan for your new home or used home.
  
  He also takes plently of time to explain to buyer on what was wrong with the built. Thanks

  I had Alan with Ground up inspection services inspect the home we were purchasing and we are so glad we did. What a wonderful experience. Alan was very professional right down to the uniform. He was very thorough and took his time with the inspection. He was there about 4 hours and then spent time with me to go back through and explain everything in a way I would understand. He has built homes in Houston for many years and he obviously knows houses. I would definitely use Alan again and recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great inspector.

  I just had my inspection with Ground Up Inspection Services this morning and Alan was fantastic. Patient, thorough, very nice, set up and follow up was great, etc. I already have my report back that is so organized and easy to follow. He was a builder for 25 years so he knows his stuff.
