Just recently used Noles Inspections, and not only were they quick to get an appointment scheduled, but the Darin's inspection report was unbelievably thorough. My experienced mortgage broker was also very impressed with the detailed report. He was quite helpful with all of his explanations on everything that he found. I will definitely use them for future needs.

Excellent inspection! We have been through this process many times and Darin exceeded them all. He was professional, informative and educated us through his knowledge with a "slide presentation" of things he found during his inspection. We received his complete written inspection soon after. His prices are reasonable and its great to find someone who really loves what he is doing!! Recommend him highly.

We were relocating from another state and purchasing a new build. We were very concerned about not being there at important stages but Darin immediately put us at ease. He discussed with us what to expect and once we contracted with him he sent us detailed videos of the process. He was prompt in answering any of our questions. Darin went above and beyond what we had expected. It was a pleasure to finally meet him in person.
