  As a first time home buyer, there was A LOT that I was anxious about in the home buying process. Everyone kept telling me to "get ready for the inspection"- Luckily I found myself in great hands with Bob. He got back with me immediately, spent the time to go over the inspection in full detail so that I had complete understanding, and just overall provided a wonderful experience that helped me confidently make my decision on the house. Couldnt have asked for a better experience!

  Needed a condo I was buying inspected. Bob got back to me right away with a time that met my needs as well as a great price. He met me at the condo and it felt like having a friend do the inspection. Very friendly and thorough. He explained the process well and I felt comfortable that my property was inspected properly. I received my report by email the next day and it included photos and descriptions that will be very useful. I would definitely recommend him.

  We were very pleased with the level of service and communication Bob provided during our home inspection process. Even though he was dealing with some difficult personal issues that placed serious demands on his time, Bob accommodated our tight schedule and kept us well-informed throughout the process. He has a good working knowledge of current codes and common issues. He delivered a thorough, quality inspection at a competitive price—very glad to have worked with him.

  I'm very pleased with the professionalism and work from Fry Home Inspection. Bob, the owner, did an amazingly thorough job and I would highly recommend his services. From the very beginning with the quote to the detailed report, everything was smooth. Not to mention I was doing business with him while being out of town. Bob is amazing! Use his services for sure if you want a thorough home inspection. Thanks Bob!
