David is very knowledgeable. He did thorough home inspection and included us in every process of inspection and explained everything in detail. He has explained what has been done correctly and what need to be corrected/repair. He was very patient with answering all questions. I was looking for someone to come out and inspect my house before listing it. DBL Check was able to schedule me two days out at a time that worked for me. Patrick came out to do our inspection. He arrived when he said he would (what?!) He took about 3.5 hours like he said he would (what?!) His inspection was very thorough. His report was very thorough and he sent it out promptly. He answered all my questions without being condescending or mansplaining things. His knowledge and professionalism are top notch! Can't wait to hire him to inspect our new home when the time comes!

Excel inspections exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend using them. Their attention to detail and level of expertise are unparalleled. We couldn’t afford to have any major issues discovered after the fact, so we were appreciative of their detailed report and findings.
