  I was very satisfied with my home inspection provided by Careful Home Insosctons. Keith was prompt, thorough and professional. He took the time to explain how the home inspection process works and identified some issues with the house that I might have overlooked. He did a great job and the price was very reasonable. I even got the complete report the same day. I would definitely use Careful Home Inspections again.

  Cliff was very detail oriented and was able to help us sort through the important and less important issues on the home. He had a great attention to detail and gave us a full picture of our potential purchase. He also was honest in letting us know when a few unique features in the home required a specialist. Hopefully I won't need to buy another home, but if I did, I'd be sure to have it inspected by Cliff!

  Jason is one of the most professional home inspectors I've ever dealt with. I have bought many homes over the years and my Mom has been a real estate professional for over 40 years. Jason's attention to detail and professionalism in dealing with both the buyer and the seller is second to none. I met him while doing the inspection on my home that I'm selling and was so impressed that I chose him and Careful Homes Inspections for my new purchase too. Bravo!
