The new owner (Albert) is great, the service is fast and excellent. They repaired buttons crushed by other cleaners, and I have never had that issue with them causing such damage. They recycle the plastic bags and even give you a container to keep hangers organized when you return them. My favorite east side business that doesn't serve beer.

Amazing, friendly customer service. I needed a suit cleaned same day, last minute, and they came through in a big way.

"You wanna go, where everybody knows your name!" These sweet folks must see hundreds of faces a week, but they greet me by name! Kim's has taken care of our uniforms and our formal needs for quite some time. I knew they were wonderful but recently I brought in some old favorites to have zippers replaced. They were fast and quality and I can definitely trust them with my garb.

Have been going to Parkcrest for a couple of years and have gotten to know the owner, Keith. They do absolutely great work and have turned items around quickly when we needed them. 10/10, Highly recommend.

The new owners, Zach & Emily, are awesome! They bend over backwards for their customers in making sure we are happy. They are such hard workers and go out of their way to be friendly & professional. My husband and I have found our cleaners for life!

The absolute best place for cleaning of delicate items. I took 12 silk blouses there and some very fancy dresses and they did an amazing job. Everything was done same day for no extra charge! They even loaded it all up in my car through the drive thru. I highly recommend them.

Pickup from and drop-off to your apartment. Turnaround in less than 24 hours! They also stuck to the promised pick-up delivery windows even on a busy day. I appreciated the regular text reminders about the status of my dry cleaning load. ... I've heard that the cost is slightly higher than at traditional dry cleaners. I don't have a car and don't dry clean often, so the convenience and time savings makes Press more than worthwhile. I will be back!
