  I was looking for someone to come out and inspect my house before listing it. DBL Check was able to schedule me two days out at a time that worked for me. Patrick came out to do our inspection. He arrived when he said he would (what?!) He took about 3.5 hours like he said he would (what?!) His inspection was very thorough. His report was very thorough and he sent it out promptly. He answered all my questions without being condescending or mansplaining things. His knowledge and professionalism are top notch! Can't wait to hire him to inspect our new home when the time comes!

  What a wonderful experience using DBL Check for my home inspection. I had been filling out the form to schedule online, and lost my progress. Within 10 minutes, Aaron was calling me up asking me if I needed help scheduling, and that most of the information was saved. They were able to get me scheduled for the very next day. Patrick did an excellent job with the inspection of the home, and explaining everything to me in detail as I was not able to be present. Highly recommended, extremely professional. Thank you guys!

  I had DBL Check do a home inspection for me. Aaron was extremely responsive on the phone, quickly calling me to provide a quote and going through what would be covered in the inspection. He was able to get my inspection scheduled the very next day. Patrick did the actual inspection, and he was friendly, thorough and provided a detailed report at the end of inspection. ...

  This review might be very helpful for ppl who are purchasing their home from out of state like us. When we start looking for a company that could do a home inspection for us, it was important that they are very detailed and through and use the latest technology. DBL had stellar reviews and we contacted to schedule an appointment. ...
