David is very knowledgeable. He did thorough home inspection and included us in every process of inspection and explained everything in detail. He has explained what has been done correctly and what need to be corrected/repair. He was very patient with answering all questions. David was the consummate professional. He highly recommends going on the inspection w him, which I did (and I recommend you do too). It was easily the best money I spent on the house purchase. He was full of tips on things to watch out for, what certain things mean, and more importantly, he was more than happy to answer any questions with the patience of a Buddhist monk.
His sharp eye caught everything, he took photos which also helped in my negotiations with the seller during the option period.
I will highly recommend him to my friends and fam.

David is an awesome guy... He did a good job analyzing each and every corner of my house. He was very patient and answered all my questions. He charged $240 for a 2400sq ft home... No other home inspector offered me that price. Totally satisfied with his work. Would definitely recommend him!
