I didn't actually get service from them but I had an emergency after-hours issue and wrote them via Yelp to see if they were available. They got back to me in a relatively short period(less than an hour) and recommended local competitors that could help as they wouldn't have a timely response. I'm giving them a 5-star review because they clearly care more about helping someone than booking every possible customer. This is how it should be and I will definitely do my best to bring them more business.

I highly recommend Integrity Energy Systems! I worked with both Taylor and Troy after the valve on my Rinnai broke rendering me with no heat or water to my house in January. They searched to find the part and had me back up and running incredibly fast. They were professional, competent, and very focused on customer service which was reassuring. I also learned that they service fireplaces, which was a bonus. I am a forever customer and love this business!

Mark from Matrix was fantastic! They were the only people we called that were willing to try and fix our broken furnace the same day. And because I was able to go pick up the part while he was on another job, they were able to fit us in. Mark was professional and gave "real" advice on general furnace upkeep. We'll definitely be calling them again for our next furnace service!
