I highly recommend Integrity Energy Systems! I worked with both Taylor and Troy after the valve on my Rinnai broke rendering me with no heat or water to my house in January. They searched to find the part and had me back up and running incredibly fast. They were professional, competent, and very focused on customer service which was reassuring.

They were the only company I contacted that got back to me. They contacted me after normal business hours (great!) as they were swamped with all of the cold weather-related calls. She asked if my fireplace was the only source of heat (it wasn't), so it seems they were actually concerned. I happened to have fixed my fireplace between me contacting them and them calling back, so I didn't need their service. Nonetheless, I appreciate the call-back and the concern.

We had a gas leak at our townhouse and suddenly found ourselves without heat or hot water days before the Thanksgiving holiday. We needed help with abandoning a buried gas line and replacing it with a new line on short notice, and were lucky Integrity had a spot for us in their schedule. From quote to finished installation, Integrity has been perfectly professional, knowledgeable, responsive and pleasant to work with. They did a fantastic job with our unusual gas line situation! We are very happy with how everything turned out, and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.
