  Mark from Matrix was fantastic! They were the only people we called that were willing to try and fix our broken furnace the same day. And because I was able to go pick up the part while he was on another job, they were able to fit us in. Mark was professional and gave "real" advice on general furnace upkeep. We'll definitely be calling them again for our next furnace service!

  Bo and team made an appointment and serviced my furnace on a timely basis. Also gave me helpful advice on maintaining my gas water heater. They are a good crew, easy to do business with and not looking to get rich on your service appointment! I highly recommend Bo and team!

  Sometimes you leave a review and wish there was an option to leave less than one star. And, then there are situations like this where you wish there were way more than five stars to reward such phenomenal service. I can't even describe what a great experience it was to worth with Matrix from the initial email to the final invoice. I will forever keep them at the top of my vendor list and recommend them to anyone who will listen. Great job!!

  Very responsive and attentive to the job. Thoroughly explained the entire process. Did a really nice job. Even helped me with energy rebates and registration with manufacturer. When I had any questions, they answered quickly. Very helpful throughout the process. Kudos and 5 stars.

  I first called Matrix Energy Services on a Thursday morning after my furnace was declared dead by another company who proceeded to quote me $3500 to replace it. Mark came out that morning, and gave me a highly competitive bid. As a single female homeowner, I sometimes feel like contractors either talk down to me, or bump up the cost if they feel I won't know any different. I didn't get this feeling at all with Mark. He sent Mike to do the replacement the very next day. Mike was great! He was friendly, answered all my questions, and showed me how to change filters and operate the auto thermostat. I highly recommend them!
