  Kerry was very responsive to my needs and talked to me over the phone first to get an idea of how much work / help I required. We set up a time to meet the next day, and he reviewed and resolved my issues. He also provided some recommendations and guidance going forward as well as a plan to research another issue I was having for which he was not familiar. I appreciate his true customer service and attention to detail and will be referring him when I get the opportunity.

  Time, attention to detail, and follow-up is the mark of great service. Amicus Works provides that and more! We have a small company and have needs that are unique.   I've had various people come work on our home computer network over the years, but now that I've met Kerry, we will only use him. The four reasons we are so satisfied are: 1) Kerry was able to handle all of our technical issues in a timely and economical way 2) He conducted himself in an very professional manner 3) Scheduling was a breeze 4) He is the most pleasant person to be around... ever! We have a fairly complex home set-up with several Macs, iPads, iPhones, Time Capsule, Airport Extremes, and printers. We have had many different technicians in our home, but none could hold a candle to Kerry. He simply is the most knowledgeable and hard-working consultant, and as an added bonus, he is amazingly kind and courteous. We were very comfortable having him in our home, and have been enjoying the fact that everything is now working smoothly since he was here. I recommend him without hesitation.

  I have utilized Amicus Works services for my business and personal needs since before its inception. I can not speak highly enough about Kerry and his care given to each instance and issue. He is my go to for computer issues. Plus he is super nice and sharp and a pleasure to be around.
