  Tomotechi came into our office and did a large data transfer and clean up of our technology closet. We were so pleased with both of the techs! They were very respectful of our work time, did the job quietly and quickly, and the communication between Tomotechi and our office was timely and thorough. We will definitely be using Tomotechi in the future and highly recommend their services!! Great work guys!!!

  My 90-year-old father and I hired Tomotechi to help him with his computer. The Tomotechi technicians (Blake and Aaron respectivly for two separate incidents) were prompt, very friendly, and professional. They spent as much time as needed to fix the issues and in both cases the fixes worked (we did not have ongoing problems)! It is easy to schedule with Tomotechi, response times are excellent when you leave a message, and the appointment times are reliable. I will definitely call on them again when needed.   We don't have many issues in our small office, but when we do, I shoot off an email to support and get a response within minutes, and the problem is resolved within the hour. We're not very tech savvy people around here, and I'm sure our issues are probably small potatoes compared to most, but there is no doubt these guys can tackle anything (even my reluctance to remove my bootcamp partition). Keep up the good work!

  The entire team has been fantastic. They always have an answer and provide an efficient solution for filling in our IT needs. They do a great job in tending to your needs, anticipating issues, keeping in touch, and always maintaining a great attitude. They're a great team that fit in perfectly with our team.

  We have worked with Tomotechi since we opened for business in October 2014. We have had several projects quoted that were very reasonable considering we are a start-up company with a small staff and budget. The installations have been great. Everything always works according to plan. We had one small issue with the location of a router, but Derek made sure that he found a solution and we are very happy with how everything has worked out. We will continue using their services. I would recommend Tomotechi to anyone who is looking for an IT company that listens and delivers!
