Another great store with great people - Seth, Devin, Keith, Raoul & Laurie were fun to meet and chat about bikes. The shop has a good selection of bikes, clothing and some unique accessories that you don’t find in many bike shops. They are mostly an online presence which gives them some of the unique products. Call them to see why they are different.

They love my dog Bear. Bear is a Lab/Dane mix who is very vocal & friendly. I know better than to go in there without Bear, I mean I’m just a customer.
Besides their love of my dog, the staff is great, friendly & helpful. No attitude or snobbery from the staff, just great service.
Recent example; I was out for a ride, another rider passed me (no notice) and makes a hard right turn (no signal). We collide, I get up & look for damage. My front fork & and handle bars were at right angle to each other. I manage to ride it the couple of blocks to the shop, right before the are closing. They get me fixed up, get me some bandages for the road rash & send me on my way, no charge.
As a relative newbie to cycling it’s great to be welcomed into the tribe instead of getting shade because you can’t afford a bike that costs what you earn in 3 months. -
They deserve a free bike, they only have steel steeds at this time... light carbon up hills would bring them much joy!

Seth is my go-to mechanic. Friendly customer service, great selection of apparel, components, bikes, and swag. Large, open space so you can browse around. Dog-friendly.

Seth in the service department always goes out of his way to make sure our bikes are running smoothly. The shop has a great selection of everything bike related and if they don’t have it they’ll get it for us.

Thank you all for a great deal on the bike of my dreams! Without Western Bikeworks, I would have never been able to afford the one I truly wanted.

You guys are my go-to for online shopping for all of my cycling gear! Comparison-pricing is the name of the game and you typically win, hands-down, plus my orders come within days!

I have had very few solidly good experiences with bike shops. This was an exception. They spent tons of time with me finding the right bike and the right fit. I usually run into a lot of toxic masculinity and pretentiousness at bike shops, but I never felt that in the many hours I've spent with the 10 or so people I talked to there. Their customer service is top notch (as someone who hates being sold to), and I couldn't recommend them more.

After bringing some attention to a really bad experience that I had in regards to a potential bicycle purchase, the management of Western Bike Works reached out and let me vent some of my frustrations. The organization (Velotech is the parent company) made contact with me swiftly and at a management level that I was not expecting in regards to the problem that I had.

The issue was resolved quickly and with much needed transparency. Western Bike Works made it "right" and while I initially swore that this long-time customer would never return, I am happy that I have the confidence back to continue using this place as my LBS. They are back as my go-to Cannondale dealer and overall stop for all things two-wheeled. -

Wish I had the name of the nice fella who helped me the other day but thought I'd at least leave this review here.

After a sour experience at a nearby bicycle shop last year, I try to stay out of bike stores. Mostly because I get nervous about how I'll be treated since I'm usually looking for small-time stuff like tubes or frame saver and sometimes just advice. ...
