They love my dog Bear. Bear is a Lab/Dane mix who is very vocal & friendly. I know better than to go in there without Bear, I mean I’m just a customer.

Besides their love of my dog, the staff is great, friendly & helpful. No attitude or snobbery from the staff, just great service.

Recent example; I was out for a ride, another rider passed me (no notice) and makes a hard right turn (no signal). We collide, I get up & look for damage. My front fork & and handle bars were at right angle to each other. I manage to ride it the couple of blocks to the shop, right before the are closing. They get me fixed up, get me some bandages for the road rash & send me on my way, no charge.

As a relative newbie to cycling it’s great to be welcomed into the tribe instead of getting shade because you can’t afford a bike that costs what you earn in 3 months. read more
