Shanti Yoga retreat is a little piece of heaven for yogis to practice on their mat! Not only are the classes magnificent, the location is just beautiful right on the water on the shore of Wolfe Island. They also have a lovely retreat cat named Bubba that would roam through the fields as we walked around the lands. One of the highlights of my time there was when we did a slow walking meditation and happened upon a herd of cows who greeted us with long lasting glances; it was magical :) Thanks Shanti!! read more
