First, the studio was beautiful. So clean. Smelled great. Overlooks the city street. Water and towels and mats mean so much when you're running around the city. The instructor had an amazing style--I loved it. Great lunch class--I'll be back.

I decided to take advantage of a deal going on at this studio - $50 for one month unlimited. The hip hop yoga was my favorite class. Alena is an amazing and non judgmental instructor. Her flows are simple to memorize and you can feel your practice get better each class. I always leave feeling like a badass. Additionally, she holds non traditional yoga events like an hour flow followed by happy hour which is a creative way to treat the students. I fell out of my yoga practice and am looking forward to diving back in with Alena at Studio 52!

This is such a beautiful studio in a great location in Boston. It is well-lit with exposed-brick walls and floor-to-ceiling windows, and the teacher burns amazing-smelling candles! The yoga is fast-paced but relaxing at the same time. And I love the hip hop music played in the hip hop classes! I highly recommend this studio :).

Alena's yoga studio is the best. ever. I love hip hop yoga. The fact that she does cupping in downtown Boston as well is amazing. Her studio is super clean, comfortable, and not to mention absolutely beautiful. The windows open in the summer and provide an amazing amount of sunshine. Her yoga playlists are the best and Alena truly cares about treating yourself with love and respect. All around best yoga studio in Boston.
