Terry, the owner, is the best yoga teacher I have EVER had. She is kind, approachable, helpful and makes yoga accessible to both beginners and experienced yogis alike. Her classes are filled with positivism and focus on enjoying and respecting our bodies and she does it with nothing but love for the practice.

Love this studio! Great local neighborhood location. Good variety of teachers and class times.

First, the studio was beautiful. So clean. Smelled great. Overlooks the city street. Water and towels and mats mean so much when you're running around the city. The instructor had an amazing style--I loved it. Great lunch class--I'll be back.
