  Regina Castle sold us our Lexington Square row home almost 8 years ago and we love or row home. We feel people should know about her and how hard well she knows about properties it's value and how to sell it a house. She a warm friendly approach and she has great taste in finding home for buyers we all.

  We love Regina! She's the reason we purchased our home - she was knowledgeable about the neighborhood, passionate about the development, and was always available to answer our questions.

  We worked with Regina when we decided to build a home in Bridgeport. Regina was the contact person from day one, who sold us on the neighborhood and the developer. In addition to knowing everything there is to know about the Chicago real estate market, Regina also has a knack for knowing what her clients want. In a lot of cases we didn't even know what we were looking for in terms of fixtures and finishes, but Regina was able to steer us in the right direction every time. Her wealth of experience and knowledge really saved us on more than one occasion. And when we made a bad selection and were not happy with the way it looked, Regina offered to help us replace it......at her own expense. No one does that. Needless to say, when we ultimately sell our home a few years down the road Regina will be the first person we call.

  With Regina, you get an extremely personalized experience. From the beginning, she is in the process with you--her level of engagement, investment, and accountability to her clients is unmatched. From overseeing our staging and photography to pinch-hitting with the move (as we transitioned between our two homes and volleyed back and forth with cleaners/vendors/deliveries, etc). I can't imagine engaging in this process again without her as part of our team. My husband and I trust her implicitly

  Regina is one of those people that you come across once in a lifetime. She is always helpful and really is in a class of her own. She makes you feel at home, comfortable, and handling the details as they were the most important and as if the property purchase was her own. Every time Regina answers the phone, her positive attitude comes across in a way you just want to talk with her all day. Her knowledge of the Chicago market is second to none. Her extensive knowledge with new construction shows in how she compares different properties where they may look the same to buyers but she has this ability to point out the differences. She is simply just amazing.
