I bought a mid-range Fuji bicycle for a gift for my 20+ year old daughter. They asked lots of questions, and then ordered a specific bike that ended up being a perfect fit in design and style. After taking delivery of the bike, we had a few small problems and they fixed the issues for free. Friendly service.

Staff is so friendly and welcoming. Very knowledgeable and helpful. They aren't looking to just make a sale, they actually are genuinely interested in you and care about you. They were very quick with the bicycle service I had and they made sure everything was up to standards. Nice to have a good, friendly, and local bike shop I can come to here in Menlo Park.

I traveled from Calgary, Canada to ride Levi's Gran Fondo. After a minor mishap, I was left desperately searching for a (apparently very unique) derailleur hanger the day before the ride. Matt went above and beyond typical customer service to help me out and get me back on the road. His laid back personality and eagerness to help represent the greatest virtues of the cycling community. Thank you Matt!!

If you're looking for your dream bike, Matt is the person to see. His small shop has one of a kind bicycles that you'll be proud to show off at the coffee shop. Matt and Eric are both knowledgeable with the best service that I've found at any bike shop.

Matt was great at helping me with my bike fit. Now that I have a great bike and a great fit, the only things I can blame if I'm slow now are my old age and fitness level... which seemed like a good thing until just now...
