  Very professional and friendly staff. Will have your items on time when you need them and are not overly price. They also do stitching and will fix buttons or rips in your clothes for a good price. There store doubles as a UPS drop off location if you need to mail any items

  I've had a few nice items tailored here, including a fitted dress. They've also replaced a zipper for me on a dressy top. Their tailoring work is excellent! The dry cleaning is timely as well!

  We got some suits and a white overcoat cleaned here, and they did an excellent job. I was really impressed with how clean my white coat came out. Everything was done in a week. Prices are decent for DC, and definitely worth it for the quality of service you get. It's also cool that they are organic!

  Just moved into the U street area and needed a new dry cleaning spot. They are very efficient and affordable. When I came in, I needed 6 pieces of clothing to be cleaned and the price was less than $10/each. They employees also gave me a laundry tumble bag for free. They asked when I needed it by and there were no problems when I went to pick up my items. Other laundromats I have been to staple their tags on the actual clothing I have, but Q&Q did not. Overall great experience and I will be returning here whenever I need their service
