    Gibson customer rep always requests an appointment time that is convenient for us. Always on time -- or we get a call. They are professionals and do both residential and commercial work. I have received knowledgable answers to my questions. I have found all those we have met from Gibson during the past few years to be thorough, personable and trustworthy. Recently, I panicked when our dog pinned a mouse under a bureau. Egads! (Should mention that the crew is great with big, enthusiastic dogs, too.) Our representative stopped everything and came right over and carefully removed the little critter. That's personalized service!

    We have been using Gibson Pest Control for a year now and they have been just wonderful! They got rid of 4 nests of yellow jackets, and then quarterly came to the house to keep other insects at bay. We just signed a new contract for the coming year to also include flea control. They are punctual, honest, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. They will work within your budget. We recommend them highly!

    I have never dealt with nicer people. Stephen came out to treat my property and noticed how hot it gets in my house. He showed up later that evening with 2 box fans - one for each of my kids rooms. Great people. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you!!!

    We've been using Gibson since for two and a half years. They are environmentally conscientious, which is important to us. They also care, an follow through. (No long-lasting chemicals or poisons on our property.)
