  German Motor Specialist is an auto mechanic for BMW, Mini, and Audi. In the front room, I have known Paul Pizano and the owner Said for 9 years. I have known Jason for about 4 years. These people are BMW experts down cold. They are more than that: they are pragmatic, practical and honest. You never walk out of there with repairs you don't need. In fact, I am maintaining a 2006 BMW 330Ci ZHP at probably uneconomically high standards. So a few times they have advised me that repairs I have wanted and authorized were not repairs that were priority or necessary repairs, or even repairs they recommended as things they would do on their families' cars. That's how frank they are. In other cases where the local dealership was quoting like $1,000 for a new radio, they just told me to get on eBay and find a replacement radio and they would install it for me. All-in cost was less than $400 and it's good-as-new. A dealership would never do that for you. I am loyal to these guys because they have earned it. Experience, expertise, judgement, precision, and honesty, all at reasonable prices. I recommend German Auto Specialist for BMW, Mini, and Audi maintenance and repair.

  Jason helped me from start to end, from scheduling my appointment over the phone to handing back my car keys. He did an initial assessment and quote for my mini, and I felt that he was very honest about the prices and what I actually needed to get done. ... I very much appreciated his fair input.

  I've had my Mini repaired here a couple of times, and I'm consistently impressed by the quality of the service. If you're looking for a BMW / Audi / Mini repair shop, I highly recommend this place for their competence and honesty. P.S. This is the cleanest auto repair shop I've ever seen.

  I was almost giving up on BMW service because of my previous experiences with Steven Creeks dealership. Then a friend recommended GMS. In my last visit I have interacted with Sayeed and this time Paul both are equally knowledgeable and go out of way to provide you the best experience. They both have high integrity and honesty, they will find ways to save your money. I highly recommend them.

  ... So I went with GMS and was not disappointed. The repair was not cheap because it required taking part of the engine apart for VANOS replacement but Paul worked with me to minimize the expenses and help with rental car costs while repairs were going on. I've also visited the work area and was amazed at how clean and professional it looked. True dealer-like experience for significantly less cost. Highly recommend GMS for those of us who can't rely on dealer warranty to take care of the repairs. A+

  I bought my first BMW (used 2008 335i) in 2013 and have been coming to German Motor Specialist ever since. The entire team is very good and knowledgeable. I have never got the feeling that I am over paying. They explain each and every charge and answer all questions irrespective of how much time it takes.
  
  On top of that, they work with your extended warranty and also provide shuttle service.
