  Took a 2012 MacBook Pro to consider selling it online and they convinced me to upgrade it. So glad I did bc it's now in tip-top shape, Dave and the crew rly know their stuff and were v accommodating (they've even a cool correspondence system in place to stay in touch w/ u as they make repairs). Great, timely service, great team. Definitely see them w/ repair issues, they're affordable and convenient!

  Seriously love these guys. So honest and trust worthy. They helped me with an easy, inexpensive solution when all my USB ports on my Lenovo laptop were failing. A few months later I went in because my friend gave me his 2011 Macbook Pro that the screen had stopped working on a few years back some months after he dropped it. Had literally been used as a paperweight. Even after it seemed that surely it would be destined as a desktop with an external monitor, Dave, their in house apple wizard, came up with a creative solution and got the thing running again! I would, and will, continue to come in here for any and all computer issues that I run into in the future. Can't recommend these guys enough, honestly.

  You know how it's the most relieving thing to find an auto mechanic that you know you can absolutely trust without a doubt? That's what these guys are, but for computer mechanic work. Super honest, knowledgeable, and creative problem solvers that are never looking to make a quick buck off labor or unnecessary upgrades. These guys truly will have your back. I spent an hour chatting with the owner Russ last time I was there. Friendliest guy. And Dave, their Apple wizard, found a creative way to fix my dead MacBook Pro after we all thought it was a lost cause. If you have a computer issue, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND at least coming in to talk to these guys about it and see for yourself. You won't be disappointed!

  My iMac crashed and Dave from Extreme Micro became my hero. He not only made me a workable backup of my files, but set me up so I can boot up my files and apps on my interim macbookpro. Through Dave's recommendations and through the proper Apple channels I was able to get Apple to replace my VideoCard/Motherboard for free instead of the $1K the Apple store quoted me for the repair. Great work by great guys at Extreme Micro.

  Speaking from a business standpoint from Southwest Access and Video, Extreme Micro not only has great customer service they build quality reliable servers and PC's to what ever specifications you need. An all around outstanding professional company.
