I love these guys. They were up front with their pricing and the time it would take to fix my laptop. They are super nice and actually cleaned up the inside of my laptop without charging me extra. Definitely a great experience:)

Took a 2012 MacBook Pro to consider selling it online and they convinced me to upgrade it. So glad I did bc it's now in tip-top shape, Dave and the crew rly know their stuff and were v accommodating (they've even a cool correspondence system in place to stay in touch w/ u as they make repairs). Great, timely service, great team. Definitely see them w/ repair issues, they're affordable and convenient!

I recently had a catastrophic failure on my PC Laptop. Normally the sky is not going to fall, but in this case all my documents relating to a new restaurant I am opening soon were on the computer. I frantically searched for a PC repair specialist in my neighborhood and PC Perfect popped up. I took my PC in, and I had no backup discs or information on my preloaded computer. PC Perfect patiently walked me through the steps to take to help get my "humpty dumpty" Dell together again. It took about a week, but I got it back perfectly and better than ever. I highly recommend this business, as they are professional, and reasonable compared to the box store PC repair services.

As a comp sci student whose laptop suddenly broke mid-semester, I've never felt so compelled to throw my money at an establishment. I sent the same message requesting a quote to many different laptop repair places and they were asking for up to twice of what Mark was asking for, saying that my motherboard could be damaged when I knew it was in fact a fairly simple issue. They said that it could take up to 2 weeks because the parts had to be "special ordered". Mark had the part delivered to him the same day that I requested the quote and he had my laptop fixed the same day that I got it to him. It now works better than it did before it broke. The best part for me was that he streams while he works, so I watched my baby get fixed live from the comfort of Twitch chat. I could not have been more satisfied with my experience, highly recommend!
