Covina Cyclery's owner and it's employees are honest and trustworthy people. I ride long rides and climb many hills/mountains with my road bikes and MTBs which requires 100% working condition (tip top). Riding down 50+ MPH down Mt Baldy road, and coming down high altitudes on the mountain trails are extreme conditions. My life depends on my bikes to be working and functioning properly. I trust Covina Cyclery with my life while I ride! They have expertise in recommending types of bikes for your personal needs.

This is a great shop with really good people. I've purchased two bikes there and have been very happy with them. They're knowledgable, and were very friendly. The customer service is great. Very helpful and with good attitudes. The shop is a bit small so they can't carry a large inventory, but they delivered my orders well ahead of schedule. Give them your business. You'll be glad you did!

I've been in only a few times, but each time has been a great experience. For one visit, I went in for a tune-up and was helped by Daniel, who was very informative about questions I had. For another visit, I went in to have my bike fitted. I was helped by Scott who also was very helpful and patient. Everyone I've talked to there is very friendly and knowledgeable. Needless to say, this place has become my go-to local bike shop!
