Charter fitness does provide personal training as well as team training. I personally use this place as a workout fitness gym. It's only $10 a month for membership. It's a basic gym with the cardio machines and weights. They have small men's and women's locker room, usually pretty clean. Friendly staff and they are always cleaning their equipment when from what I've observed. They do not have work out classes but I think the team training might be something close to it. It's an affordable way to join a gym without fancy stuff, but who needs that if you looking to workout and leave right?

I am a member of the Bridgeport location and am very satisfied with the management, staff and facility.Everyone is very polite and knowledgeable and the facility is well kept. I participate in group training 2 times a week and the classroom can have up to 8 participants at one session. With the lack of mirrors and unable to see my form while training , is it possible to have THE TRAINER IN SHORTS to demonstrate what muscle group we should be using? This visual would be most helpful to ensure I am using the correct form, using the proper muscle group and be comfortable for all working out and perspiring in this small room. I go there 6 days a week, plenty of parking,staff is friendly, if an issue arises, they are quick to remedy it. the place is kept clean, equipment is kept up to spec's, do not fear that any of it will fail if my workout is intense which usually is, enough machinery to satisfy the needs of both the beginner and the more experienced lifter.Original recommendation
