Been going since they opened 7 years ago. Cozy studio, great teachers and variety of classes! Feels like home every time!

This studio offers a diversity of classes (catered towards pregnant women, children, and even disabled veterans), and instructors themselves are allowed to be creative and really care about catering each practice to participants needs. This is the first studio where proper form, as well as a variety of modifications, are both demonstrated and encouraged. They also hold many workshops and donation-based classes, demonstrating their commitment to community service and expanding their own mission.
