The folks at Bikesmith are down to earth and service-oriented. They sell bikes and equipment, but the bread and butter of the shop is clearly serving the cycling community. I stop in regularly even if I don't need anything because I like to hang out and shoot the breeze with Jim, the owner/mechanic and Landon, the second mechanic. They're dog-friendly, they host parties, give back to the community, are knowledgeable about local riding and do top-notch service. All that plus they sell beer. And because the shop is wide open you can sit and learn what it is that your bike needs service-wise, or as I previously mentioned, just sit and chill.

Amazing people, great bike shop, fast repair! They definitely know what they are doing. My husband stopped on his way across the country to fix a flat tire. Jim gave him a few good tips while fixing his tire right away. In the end Jim didn't even charge for the repair since my husband is pedaling 2100 miles charity. Thank you so much for contributing to the gift of sound ( From The Miracle-Ear-Foundation and his wife).

My husband loves his new Pure City Classic Bike that he bought from The Bikesmith yesterday. Kudos to Jeff and Landon for their great service. I highly recommend The Bikesmith for service or purchase.

This is the best bike shop I've ever visited. I got my All-City Mr Pink there. It's also a great place to hang out. They make everyone feel welcome. They have a pump track out back, local beer in the cooler, and free high fives. They also host a lot of fun events like movie nights, pump track parties, and yoga for cyclists.
