Super knowledgeable about bikes, customization, and gear. Won't try to up-sell a customer at all and are patient in explaining why one should or should not have a piece of equipment (they kept me from over paying for a "well reviewed" pair of panniers that another LBS called me 'silly' for not having and a heavier-than-normal front rack). They've also got a great bike swap program through their mother store in NH. I tell everyone I can about them.

This place is a gem. The highly-skilled, no-nonsense staff repaired and tuned my bike perfectly. Other highlights include: transparent and very reasonable pricing, clear passion for the sport, and even an awesome playlist! Having an expert go above and beyond to answer questions and impart bike knowledge all while listening to Ratatat? Sold.

OMG. What a Godsend to find this place open on a Sunday! I have a folding bike that is my warhorse, and the front brake became disengaged. I'm inept when it comes to bike repair so I rode to this place. Not only did they quickly fix with big smiles, they refused to charge me! And having a bicycle pump outside was an added bonus. Thank You!

I've been in several times for maintenance/work and gotten fast, quality service. My front derailleur had gotten knocked around or misaligned, giving the bike chain rub that I couldn't stop by adjusting limit screws. The mechanic got it reset properly while I got coffee. ...

This is an awesome place to buy bikes and accessories. I bought my first road bike from here and am extremely satisfied with it. The staff, especially Mr. Tanner was extremely helpful, patient and guiding. He had an in depth knowledge of bikes and took so much personal interest in helping us choose the correct bike.
