  I went to Asheville Audi in 2015 with the intention of purchasing a Q5 Hybrid. I drove away in a gorgeous Q5 TDI diesel. Two weeks later, the EPA declared the diesel engine non-compliant (this was a different issue than the VW scandal). Scott Allen, the general manager, was absolutely incredible: he got the Q5 Hybrid that I originally wanted down from PA, took the diesel back, and wrote me a check for the difference in price. Throughout our conversations regarding whether or not I would keep the TDI (while Audi argued with the EPA about whether or not the engine was compliant), he repeatedly said, "I promise you this will come out the way you want it to," and he kept his promise. I'm incredibly impressed with the integrity, responsiveness and accountability that Scott, the dealership and Audi corporate displayed. And they have fantastic cars!

  We are seasonal residents of the mountain area and have chosen Harmony to handle our needs during our 6 month stay here. I find their dealership clean and comfortable when waiting, and they very generous with loaners when that is needed. I have now used them on three different Audi's and wouldn't think of taking our needs elsewhere. I give them unconditional recommendation for any need you might have. They are honest, fair and always helpful when I have a problem.

  I recently purchased a 2016 Audi Q5 from Audi Asheville that resulted in some complex issues (none of which were quality-related or the fault of the dealership). Sales Consultant Andrew Kirchmeyer and General Manager Scott Allen could not have been more helpful or accommodating in resolving the situation, and Audi corporate came through as well. The car is fantastic, and I recommend Audi Asheville with great enthusiasm--they're a terrific group of people with great cars.

  The experience with Audi in Asheville was what all car sales companies should strive to be. From the moment we called and met with Charlie, Emille and Chris, it was the most pleasant experience ever. The listening skills and the attention to detail was outstanding, right down to the relaxed atmosphere and the 'Asheville way' you conduct business, friendliness, knowledgeable and know how to do business...
