At Yogalife we practice and teach Anusara© Yoga.Founder and Owner Nefeli Makri, the owner is a Certified Anusara© Yoga teacher, E- RYT500. Nefeli focuses on quality over quantity, teaching small group Anusara© Yoga Teacher Trainings (up to 5 or 6) and small group classes. In her class and private Skype sessions, she utilizes Yoga applied as therapy.
