  Visually the most stunning studio in NYC if you ask me. The staff is super nice and the program great. The water from the filter tastes crystal clear and they have fresh tea always available for free. The only thing missing is an extra room to lounge in so you can spent the whole day there !

  I'm from the UK and have attended classes while on holiday. This is the best Yoga Studio I've ever been to! The two sessions I've had so far left me revitalised and peaceful. I will definitely squeeze another session in before I go back home �

  Every single teacher has the unique gift of combining the highest skills with kindness and compassion. After many injuries doing hard core vinyasa and running I never got hurt under their guidance. I do not know how they do it but everybody genuinely cares and make you feel at home the minute you step in.

  This is by far the nicest gift I give to myself! Colleen and Rodney - make this place perfect and all of the instructors and staff are sweet and down to earth! It really is a retreat in NYC.
