Wrench Science is the best bike I've ever visited. It's like a premium butcher shop, except rather than meat on the all, it's all the best carbon road bike frames from all over the world. The repair shop is exceptional it their knowledge, willingness to go above and beyond, and ability to finish a job quickly.

These guys worked with me from early April this year when I started my build (2017 Cipollini RB1K) until September when I took delivery...probably around a dozen calls, some 30 minutes+, keeping me apprised as the frame and fork got built in Italy...going through different possibilities, swapping out components and pricing different packages. Chris was outstanding and his colleagues were all super as well. There's a tremendous level of acumen on the other end of the phone at all times. I also did all the measuring remotely (I am just north of Boston) and the bike fit like a glove from the second I got on it...I'll be back, no question.

I decided early this year to finally upgrade bikes. I wanted a good climbing bike with disc brakes and electronic shifting. I searched all my local bike shops and couldn't find what I was looking for. After talking with Steven B. from Wrench Science a few times about what was the right bike, he suggested the Orbea Avant. It was similar in dimensions to my Giant Defy. We had to wait a little bit because of the new Dura Ace Di2 groupset which left me with plenty of time to ask him a pile of questions thru emails and phone calls. He was more than willing to answer all of them. ...

I am very detail oriented and Taylor was always willing to help with all my requests. Taylor at Wrench built the bike of my dreams and listened to everything I said. ...

I just received my Anthracite Cipollini NK1K from Wrench Science. First, Steven was a pleasure to deal with. Second, although I was eager to get my bike a.s.a.p, Steve would calm me down and then quadruple check all my measurements just to be sure! I know, good things come to those who wait, right? He was also very helpful in choosing just about every single component and whether or not they would be a good fit/match for me and the bike. So anyway, after going through the process, the bike arrived late last week. ...
