  After reading the mix in here I was suuuper nervous to trust them with alterations on a dress but she did great. I thought Julie was pleasant, walked me through my first time ever getting something like that done. Took a little over a week I think, which I thought was totally fair. Two other people waited in line to also get alterations while I was there. THAT MUST BE A GOOD SIGN! The dress fits, I see no proof of her popping seams and whatnot. I'm happy! ...

  Always excellent service! Great, consistent work (I've never had a problem yet and I have been using this cleaner for almost 2 years now)! Well priced and fast turn arounds which is key in my busy schedule! The owners are very kind and friendly, and I will most likely stay with this dry cleaner even after moving out of the area.

  I drive past 50 cleaners on my way from Humboldt Park to Andersonville. Do I really need to say more? I always take a test piece to a new place before I get major alterations. Julie completely reworked a hand me down designer coat I had. She's a master. I just picked up two high end dresses that she magically transformed to fit my radically different body. Now I won't go anywhere else. Great alterations are not cheap but she does amazing work. I find the prices quite reasonable.

  I am shocked at the recent reviews. I have seen how they treated myself and other customers for years and they are always nice, pleasant and accommodating. The price is still very reasonable and my clothes look amazing.
  
  They have recently had staff changes to help serve their customers better. They recognized some issues and actively fixed them. This makes for smart business owners.
  
  And they always have dogs treats when my dogs accompany me.

  Owners Alex and Julie really know how to treat their customers well. They are honest about letting you know when you might not even need dry cleaning and recommend their cheaper washing service instead. They are on time with their due dates and know how to make any issues into satisfactory outcomes. Thanks, guys!
