Having me coordinate your wedding means you can plan your dream wedding and then hand over all the vendor and set-up coordination duties. About a month out from your wedding, we’ll go over all your wedding day details at your venue walk through meeting and from there, I take over coordinating your vendors and details so you can focus on the important and fun things like getting pampered, writing your vows, enjoying your out of town guests, etc. I also attend and choreograph your ceremony rehearsal and make sure everyone and everything are ready to go. On your wedding day, you can relax, make memories, and enjoy your family and friends instead of running around trying to coordinate all of the vendors, the timeline, the setup, and the cleanup – I’ll take care of all of that and more!

Jamie is amazingly awesome as a person and a wedding planner. This review is mostly a lovefest, because she is so great. Of course, she is everything you would want in a wedding planner -- organized, responsive, detail-oriented. But the very best thing is that, no matter how many weddings she is planning, you always feel as if yours is the only one she is doing. She's that good!!!

Hire her as soon as you can! I opted for our Day-of Coordinator, Jamie Flower, two months before and I wish I had come to that conclusion sooner because she made our organizing-wedding-life so much better! Her walk-through and coordination of vendors is a must-have so you can relax before the Big Day. Knowing all the moving parts were handled by Jamie, we both felt we got to wake up the day of and take it all in, without worrying about what was supposed to happen next. She will give you the whole weekend if needed, not just the day of, so if you have any questions she will put your mind at ease. Jamie even came prepared with band-aids for my feet so I didn't have to switch shoes!

I could not imagine planning a wedding without the help and guidance of Jamie! Not only did she relieve us of all stress by keeping all of our vendors in check and communicating with each of them, she made the entire process so much easier that we both felt like I really could enjoy the planning process and of course our wedding day! She always made herself available and was extremely thorough with every detail. We truly cannot express how grateful and how much we loved working with Jamie!

I chose Jamie because she had done several of my friends weddings that turned out perfect. At 1st, I wasn't sure if I would be able to afford a wedding planner for just for the day of the wedding on my budget. But I was because Jamie worked with my budget for an amount we both thought was reasonable. The months leading up to the wedding she was contacting me to see if I needed anything and if she could help. She always got back to me when I called, texted or emailed. The day of the ceremony/reception she took care of ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING! Which was amazing because we had close to a 200 person wedding. If you want a honest, hardworking and helpful wedding planner look no farther!
