  Valentina did excellent work in adjusting my bridesmaid dress and a pair of slacks. Both needed to be shortened in length and the dress needed some taking in for the top. She gave me a good timeline and had the dress ready to go two weeks before the wedding. ... Valentina has a wonderful shop in NW. Street parking available, but it can get very busy in the neighborhood.

  I have been to a lot of alteration shops due to my work, but this is my favorite place to take my clothes. Valentina does a wonderful job with all my pants, dresses, etc. I trust her skills and ability to handle anything I give her. I always feel comfortable too. I recommend her to all my coworkers! Sometimes she brings the cutest dog, always a plus.

  I have used Val's services twice now. I brought her materials for a halloween costume and showed her a picture of what character (Disney's Gaston) I was going for. She absolutely nailed it perfectly and the costume was a huge hit!
  
  This time, I am going to be the best man at my friend's wedding and purchased a Bonobos suit for it. I brought it here to get it adjusted. Once again, Val did a great job and for a very reasonable price. She is definitely a master at her craft and I will continue to refer her to my co-workers and friends.

  Omg this lady Valencia is totally awesome. For years I have stayed away from buying clothes or accepting clothes that need alterations because I just couldn't find anyone good. They'd be too short, too tight or seem the same. But Valencia was amazing. First her personality made me feel at home. She took charge but wasn't pushy. She watched my kids while I tried on my dress. She was able to guide me in deciding what I wanted the final dress to look like. The dress was done quickly and I had to see her 3 times total, which I appreciated. First visit was to pin me, second visit she was nearly finished with the alterations but wanted me to try it on to make sure the measurements were the same. The final time was to pick up my dress. I'd definitely recommend her and can't wait until I get my other outfits done.

  Excellent attention to details, always listens to what the customer wants, friendly and knowledgeable about the construction of the garment in order to tailor it just the way you want. I absolutely trust Valentina to do all of my alterations.
