  I had an incredible experience here! I lost weight after ordering my dress; by the time of my first fitting, I was down a full size and I was swimming in my dress. Many other shops might have pushed me to let them alter the dress, even though I think the results would have been mixed. Instead, Ultimate Bride opened up their sample closet to me and I found the dress of my dreams. Not only that, they didn't charge me for the $3,000 difference between my original dress and the sample I chose. Unbelievable service!

  Carmella is amazing!! She is balling me find the perfect dress. When I saw a Monique that I loved at bridal fashion week, she surprised me and flew it in for me to try (since they did not carry the dress in store). Myself and my mom were both blown away by the experience. Carmella is a true professional and leaves you feeling like you just made a new best friend. I work in the service industry, with high expectations, Carmella truly makes you to feel like the most beautiful girl in the room and the only one! Love this experience, love this place. I even went to the Monique boutique in NYC, it couldn't hold a candle to Ultimate Bride

  My dress experience isn't over, but wanted to leave a review based on what has happened so far. I had what you would call a bridal dress disaster - my dress arrived from Ultimate Bride and two of me could have fit inside (not due to weight loss, but a mistake in the dress making process). Since immediately contacting the store, they have supported me/helped me every step of the way, especially Emily. She consulted with the designer and pushed them to rush me a new, smaller dress very quickly. I will continue to update my review, but wanted to compliment the great customer service since previous reviewers had said that once they bought the dress, UB no longer cared. That couldn't be further from what has happened with my situation. Fingers crossed everything goes smoothly this next dress around!

  I came to Ultimate Bride after many bad bridal appointments - I'm a size 12-14, and I had multiple experiences at other bridal shops where there were barely any dresses I could try on, or I'd get the "sorry, this is a 4 so you can't try it on" with the pursed lips look (which, fine, but how about finding some options instead of just standing there staring at me like I'm from another planet, not a human woman who happens to be a little bigger than your sample size and needs a wedding dress).
  
  ... Basically, other places made me feel like they were doing me a favor by allowing me to shop there. Ultimate Bride was the opposite - they wanted to help me find something beautiful and I did!

  I was so excited to purchase my wedding dress, So I selected Ultimate Bride and was not disappointed.. Best service and best selection in the city of Chicago.. The girl helping me was so sweet and the alternation girl did an amazing job.. Thank you for such a perfect day.
