School Yoga Institute was the most PHENOMENAL experience for me. I went with a Thyroid challenge but when I came back things and my perception has changed.
Physically I am stronger, mentally I am sturdy and must more align, Spiritually much more connected. My Teachers were the best teachers ever I learnt so much not only about Yoga but of myself. Everything was more than I ever expected. The accommodations, the people, the facility, the facilitators, you genuinely feel the most connection and Unconditional Love from the beginning to the end they create a space for you to be all of you.
