Escape to Yoga has a range of amazingly intuitive, personable, experienced instructors who teach yoga in a warm, welcoming setting. The willingness for these yogi angels to teach, gently guide, remind us to listen to our bodies and explore new poses is why I keep coming back. From vinyasa to Hatha; meditation to restorative yoga, this studio holds space for all who enter and offers a variety of classes for every level of fitness.

I'm eternally grateful for this little studio that open its doors to me as an avenue to heal my broken heart; after 3 years it has become a hub for transformation and a mainstay of positive energy in my life.
