Well, it's our first day of rain here in the Bay Area, so it's time for roofs to leak and time for everyone to start panicking on neighborhood mailing lists and NextDoor. That reminded me to recommend Saber Roofing. They're they only firm we've used since 2010 for all our roof problems (and upgrades). Three times now they have fixed problems with our shingle roof promptly (crazy leaks during the downpours), professionally, and affordably. (When they weren't able to come out within 24 hours, they sent a team over to at least throw some tarp on the roof to stop the leaking temporarily.)
