Before I found yoga with adriene I didn’t like yoga and thought it was just some trend. Then one day I stumbled across her videos and since then I do at least one yoga practice a day. I have also tried other instructors and her practices just make me feel good and work best for me. She posts new videos often and keeps all lines of communication open.
