Whenever I need work on my Bianchi, I take her to Ben's. They're the best Bianchi shop in this area and they never disappoint. Their work is excellent and their prices are reasonable. And they never take advantage of their customers the way some other small shops who specialize in expensive imported brands do. Also, they are the Milwaukee Bike brand shop in this area and Milwaukee makes interesting bikes. I'm thinking about one of their urban models for next year. But I REALLY recommend Ben's. They do excellent repairs, have a WIDE assortment of bikes in the showroom (and NO sales pressure), are honest, always are on time with any work to be done, and are a PLEASANT place to visit/talk bikes/shop around.
