I would recommend Dr. Tracey Greenwood as a personal trainer to anyone hands down. She has completely changed my entire outlook on nutrition and fitness. I came to her mother of a 3 year old at the time and I had completely let go of myself. She gave me so much confidence in myself and made me believe in me and that I could be fit I just had to do the foot work. It wasn’t easy but I have maintained my new and approved self for almost 3 years now. It has opened up other avenues and opportunities as well to try new fitness adventures.
